GSM-20H10提供±210V / ±1.05A / 22W的四象限操作。在第一象限和第三象限,它們作為電源運(yùn)行,為負(fù)載供電。在第二和第四象限,它們作為負(fù)載使用,在內(nèi)部耗散功率。而電壓值、電流值和電阻值可以在電源或負(fù)載操作期間進(jìn)行量測,其準(zhǔn)確度高達(dá)0.012%并且分辨率可達(dá)1μV/10pA/10μΩ。

采樣的速度上,GSM-20H10支持最高50k點(diǎn)/每秒的采樣速度,可更精準(zhǔn)地針對(duì)待測物的特性進(jìn)行分析。透過4.3寸的大尺寸屏幕,更可以將所有的量測設(shè)定、參數(shù)與結(jié)果都完整的顯示在屏幕上。支持SDM (Source Delay Measure)功能,可設(shè)定信號(hào)產(chǎn)生變化時(shí),延后進(jìn)行采樣,避免穩(wěn)定前的信號(hào)被擷取進(jìn)去造成誤判。內(nèi)建四種程序輸出模式(Linear, Log, SRC-MEM, Custom),最多可支持2500個(gè)點(diǎn)的程序變化輸出。

在設(shè)備保護(hù)上,GSM-20H10提供了OVP/OTP保護(hù)模式;在OVP的設(shè)計(jì)上,使用者可自定義OVP的范圍,而OTP的保護(hù)則可有效防止在測試過程中因溫度偏移造成的錯(cuò)誤。在接口部分,本產(chǎn)品支持標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的SCPI指令,提供RS-232 , USBTMC , LAN, GPIB (選配)等接口,滿足用戶不同的接口需求。
